Parent Responsibilities Parental responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Complete all registration forms

• Pay tuition

• Please make every effort to arrive promptly at both arrival/dismissal times

• Notify the staff in writing if someone other than the parent, or prearranged car pool driver, is to transport the student.

• To be aware of all class secessions and to mark family calendar accordingly

PEDE Program also include:

• Provide student with a nutritious bag lunch following the guidelines established by the Ohio Department of Human Services. (Remember: due to severe food allergies, our school does not allow peanut butter or other nut products to be in the building.
